NO CONTENT, ANALYSIS, OR AI COUNCIL RESPONSE PROVIDED BY LOKMA AI CAN BE CONSIDERED MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. The application is an informational tool. Responsibility for your health decisions lies entirely with you. If you have a serious health condition, pregnancy, or history of eating disorders, you must seek medical support before using the app.

Subscription transactions are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments are subject to the rules of the respective platform. Lokma AI has no obligation to provide direct refunds for periods used or in case of technical glitches (including Service interruptions). Cancellations must be made by the user from the app store settings.

Lokma AI uses state-of-the-art AI technologies for meal recognition and calorie calculation. However, portion estimation and ingredient analysis may not always be 100% accurate. Users acknowledge that the data presented are "estimates" and should not make vital decisions based on this data.

Lokma AI reserves the right to change, limit, or completely stop the features of the Service without prior notice. In such cases, Lokma AI has no compensation obligation towards the user.

Lokma AI cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages (including incorrect data entry, AI misanalysis, or health issues) resulting from the use of the application. The application is provided "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
