How to Delete Your Account

If you no longer wish to use Lokma AI and want to delete your account, including all your personal data, you can do so directly from the app. Follow the simple steps below:

In-App Deletion Steps

  1. Open the Lokma AI app on your mobile device.
  2. Navigate to your Profile tab.
  3. Tap on Settings.
  4. Scroll down and tap the Delete My Data button.
  5. Confirm your choice. Please read the prompt carefully to ensure you want to proceed.

Account Deletion Request (Email)

If you are unable to access the app, you can request the deletion of your account and personal data via email.

  1. Send an email to lokma.ai.app@gmail.com.
  2. Ensure the subject line is strictly Account Delete Request.
  3. Include your full name and the email address registered with your Lokma AI account in the email body.
  4. Our support team will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

Important Note

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your profile, meal history, goals, and all personal data will be irreversibly removed from our systems.

Note for Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your active subscriptions. You must manage and cancel your subscriptions separately through your Apple ID or Google Play Store account settings to avoid future charges.
